I'm joining Ginny for a little dash of color to end this weekend off. I'll post more about the crazy weekend I had tomorrow, but for now, let's just say after an emotionally exhausting day I sat down and checked out her blog "small things" and it was lovely to see all the cheerful bits of color she posted and I jumped at the chance to find and share a few of my own.
Winter, so bleak and grey sometimes, needs a little color injected into it, and there's no better place to find it than in the traces of children scattered about a warm and cozy home on a Sunday evening. I grabbed the camera and took these few substandard photos.
Enjoy, and we'll chat more tomorrow :)
I love the cloth strings!
ReplyDeleteI like the chalkboard of your New Year's Resolutions. They are the kind I like - gentle reminders to simply try new things.
ReplyDeleteSooo cute! I remember the days of alphabet letters on the fridge :).
ReplyDeleteI love your clothespin wall! So cute - and what a great way to display artwork!
ReplyDeletethanks Andreann
ReplyDeleteThanks also Misty and House full of Jays; I don't remember where I originally saw the inspiration for that, but I love how I can change it and grow it every day/week/month etc.
